With over 14 years of legal experience, he has developed a robust commercial and corporate law practice, known for delivering tailored and personable legal solutions. He began his career at Eversheds Sutherland, South Africa, where he advanced to senior associate and specialised in corporate commercial law, tax, trusts, and mergers and acquisitions. He later served as group legal counsel for one of the firm’s largest multinational clients.

Presently, Rowan leads NLHS Inc.’s trust law and corporate commercial law practices, focusing on commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, and company and trust registration and governance. He also advises on cross-border and structured trade and commodity finance, and regularly assists clients with dispute resolution matters. His extensive knowledge, proven track record, and commitment to delivering practical solutions make him a trusted advisor across various industries.
